In order to join the team you must first be a member of a fire department, ambulance service associated with the Tolland County Mutual Aid Fire Service.  You then must receive permission from the Chief of that department to join the dive team.  This is done by obtaining a Participation Agreement form from the dive team to be filled out and signed by the chief.  Once this is completed and submitted to the dive team for approval you will then be a member of the team.  Contact RD-19 for more information.
