Training Scheduled



The dive team has been in contact with Survival Systems Inc, located in Groton, CT. They have graciously offered the use of their training facility during the day on April 23. This facility specializes marine and aviation emergency response training. In particular, this facility has a 14' deep pool with a simulated helicopter and small plane cabin that they can submerge. 

Given the number of small airports in and around our response area, we think that this will be a great training opportunity for everyone on our team who wishes to participate.

 Any member interested in attending should contact RD-19.

TEAM ANNOUNCEMENTS AND NOTICES
 5-4-2008.

-There are still spots available for the Swift Water training Class Dates:

-Basic Class #1 May 30th & 31st
-Basic Class #2 July 11th & 12th
-Advanced Class September 12th &13th

-Locations are still needed for 2009 dive team drill schedule.  Contact John Roache or Norm Meikle if your department is able to host a dive drill.
